The Content Operations team is responsible for several modules and functionalities of Sitecore Content Hub, a multi-tenant service-oriented solution. This SaaS service unifies content creation, management and publishing with a single, integrated solution. We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our development team working with next-generation experience management. We expect you to be confident in test automation and ready to implement the best QA industry standards in our development cycle.
What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our development team working with next-generation experience management. We expect you to be confident in test automation and ready to implement the best QA industry standards in our development cycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop high-quality assurance automation code for features, bug fixes, and hotfixes according to Sitecore guidelines.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
- Review, suggest, and implement improvement on test automation strategy and coverage based on software quality assurance best practices.
- Participation in replacing manual testing with test automation based on test principles.
- Play a proactive role in clarifying user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns that can deliver business value within one iteration.
- Build and maintain the CI & CD pipeline to ensure solutions can be delivered frequently, consistently, and reliably to staging and production environments.
- Maintain close collaboration and effective communication with the Development Manager, Functional Specialists, Product Owner, team members, and other stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in QA domain and more than 2 years of working experience with programming language in JS/TypeScript or C#(or similar);
- Experience in implementing test automation with scripting languages (TypeScript or similar)
- Experience with Playwright (Cypress or Selenium)
- Experience with API testing and API test automation
- Advanced knowledge of test design patterns and principles
- Advanced knowledge of test planning and management of test strategy, test plan and test cases
